House of Colligere ships within the United States.
Each collection is individually curated and photographed, so the books shown in the product listing are the exact books you will receive.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. When purchasing multiple collections, items may be combined into one shipment when possible to help reduce shipping costs.
Because our collections include real vintage and pre-owned books, individual books may show minor signs of age, wear, discoloration, or previous ownership. These characteristics are part of their collected nature and are not considered damage.
House of Colligere is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been accepted by the carrier.
Returns
All sales are final. House of Colligere does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, color preference, sizing, styling preference, or other discretionary reasons.
We carefully photograph and describe every collection so customers can review the exact books, colors, textures, and condition before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and shipping packaging so we can review the issue.
Approved damage or fulfillment claims may be resolved through a refund or other appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue results from an error by House of Colligere.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact House of Colligere as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
